Don Nelson is a creative director at Tom, Dick & Harry Creative in Chicago. A one-time aspiring journalist at the University of Illinois, he was a freelance sportswriter for the Chicago Tribune before beginning his agency copywriting career. At Cramer-Krasselt (Milwaukee and Chicago), Leo Burnett, J. Walter Thompson, Hoffman York/Chicago and now TDH, Don has had the opportunity to work in most product categories that can be legally advertised in the U.S. He has also had the good fortune to do so alongside more talented, inspiring creative people than he could ever count.
